Hidden Meadows Vineyard Wine Club Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the terms of membership in the Hidden Meadows Vineyard Wine Club (“Wine Club”). By enrolling in the Wine Club, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership Benefits
Wine Club members receive the following benefits each quarter:
• A quarterly allocation of three (3) bottles of wine, available for pickup at Hidden Meadows Vineyard.
• Exclusive discounts on wine purchases.
• Complimentary wine tastings or glasses of wine per month.
• Access to member-only wines, events, winemaker dinners, and special promotions.
• Additional perks as specified by Hidden Meadows Vineyard.
2. Membership Charges & Billing
• Members authorize Hidden Meadows Vineyard to charge the credit card on file every quarter for their membership dues unless the membership is canceled.
• A minimum commitment of two (2) quarters is required before a member may cancel their membership.
• Charges are processed at the beginning of each quarter, and membership benefits for that quarter are activated only after successful payment.
• The membership price is subject to change at Hidden Meadows Vineyard’s discretion, with prior notice given to members.
3. Membership Benefits & Expiration
• Benefits are only earned once the quarterly payment has been successfully processed at the beginning of the quarter.
• Unused benefits roll over for one quarter; all benefits expire at the end of the quarter following the quarter in which they were earned.
• If a membership is canceled, members will retain benefits for the remainder of the current quarter, but all benefits expire at the end of that quarter.
4. Auto-Renewal & Cancellations
• Memberships automatically renew each quarter unless canceled.
• Members may cancel their membership after the initial two-quarter commitment by emailing, calling, or in person at the Hidden Meadows Vineyard tasting room.
• Cancellations must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming quarter.
5. Member Responsibilities
• It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that their account information is up to date before each billing cycle, including: billing address. phone number, email address, credit card information
• Members may log in to their account to update this information before the next scheduled charge.
• Hidden Meadows Vineyard is not responsible for missed communications, declined charges, or failed deliveries due to outdated information on file.
5. Wine Pickup & Shipping Options
Members may choose to:
1. Pick up their quarterly wine allocation at Hidden Meadows Vineyard.
2. Have their wine shipped to an address where shipping is legally permitted.
Shipping Terms:
• Shipping fees apply and will be charged in addition to the quarterly membership fee.
• An adult (21+) must be available to sign for the delivery.
• Hidden Meadows Vineyard is not responsible for returned shipments due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability of an adult signature. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping.
• Members must update their shipping address before each billing cycle to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
7. Modifications & Termination
• Hidden Meadows Vineyard reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Wine Club and its benefits at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated via email or on the vineyard’s official website.
